Lunch time!


I thought I'd share a pic of my lunch today.
It's worth: 1 Vegetable, 1/2 Protein, 1 Bread Substitute, 1 Miscellaneous

GARDEN SALAD
Spring mix greens
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Yellow Peppers
Mushrooms
1 tbsp. Kraft Fat Free salad dressing in Italian.
1 piece of Wasa Rye crisp bread
and my fave,
2 pieces of bacon!
